Hello Home Brewers!

I have been lurking here for a while as I have only recently started home brewing (2 one gallon batches, and 2 five gallon batches). I have used LME and safale us05 each time, some specialty grains.

This is a great place for information, I really like the layout, and the people seem very knowledgable. I do have a question about chillers, which I will post in the appropriate section.
