Hi All,
I live on Kwajalein Island which is an atoll part of the Marshall Islands chain. I am relatively new to brewing having only brewed my first batch on Dec. 28th. I have brewed eight batches to date with three in primary and one in secondary at this time. Since we have limited resources and fermentation cooling options here, I brew only top-fermenting ales. The last batch that I brewed on Sunday was an American Ale which I am now experimenting with a low-buck swamp cooler. I look forward to learning more to this brewing obsession from you guys.
