Hi all
I started homebrewing about 2 years ago quickly moved from bottling to kegging and now keep at least one keg in my kegerator at all times. I am still an extract brewer and having observed full and partial grain brewing have little desire to switch. The process suits my brewing style.
I'm pretty much an Ale person. My favorites are Paulaner style Hefeweizen and hoppy IPAs, although in winter i like to have a strong ale or stout on tap. I have a beer gas setup for Stout, but lately have gotten interested in proper handpumps, having had a couple of handpumped cask ales at a local brew pub.
cheers,
arne
