I had been reading-around HBT for the last 6 months before finally joining. My first brew was on July 1st of this year, and just pitched my yeast this morning on my 5th brew...my "Red Eye Roggen". Going all grain with a simple gravity system. Will need insight on building a modified gravity or inline system once I have a few more brews under my belt. Looking forward to receiving pebbles of wisdom from the forum...every brewing experience raises new questions. Cheers!
