Hello from PA/NY

Hey everyone!

I'm a happy new owner of a Mr. Beer kit! My name is Dave, and I'm a Criminal Justice Student at the University at Albany. I'm currently home on break, and live about 15 mins west of Philadelphia, PA. I'm brewing my first batch of beer, and already feel the impatience settling in. I WANNA BOTTLE IT ALREADY!! But I'll have to wait..I know.

So I hope to upgrade eventually and I look forward to meeting and learning a lot from all of you!

Welcome to the party, I got a Mr. Beer kit 2 years ago for Christmas.

Today I've got a couple hundred gallons under my belt (and hanging over my belt), mucho time/$$ laid out in building/buying equipment, and I just finished building an electric brewery in my basement. You have been warned!
