Hello from PA/MD

Hello from PA/MD,

The name is skeeter, but you may call me skeet.
I haven't brewed anything yet mostly because i just recently turned 21 but i have a host of supplies that are en route thanks to some b-day money and i plan on brewing at least 2 5g batches of beer along with 3 5g batches of hard cider. Hopefully by way of Mr. Papazian, a few podcasts, and this forum i can get the knowledge required to get some tasty brews to enjoy with some friends.

Welcome to the forum. Regardless of how it may seem, homebrewing is pretty easy, unless you choose to go a more complicated route. If you can boil water, you can brew. Good Luck on your first brew.

Welcome aboard. If you plan on making some cider, I can suggest the cider from Linvilla orchards as a base. I have used it a couple times, and it is premium stuff. They are right near Media PA.
