Hey everyone,

Have been looking into brewing for quite some time. Santa brought me what I need and I am excited to get into it.

Going to try a Morgans Canadian IPA tonight. Was recommended to add 1.3kg of Light Pale LME instead of Dextrose. I hope this boosts the body and flavour profile.

Looking forward to this soon to be obsession - looking into an AG setup for the future...

Greetings from Cornwall Ontario,

I have ordered supplies and kits from several different brewing supply shops in Canada. So far I have found Everwood Ave Brew Shop (Nova Scotia) to be the most reasonably priced for 1 gallon all grain kits, along with a reasonable flat rate shipping option. I recently brewed three of their kits with good results.
