Hello from NY

Hello all!

I am the not so new, new guy.... i found this place a long time ago started homebrewing then life got really busy... long story short i'm back into brewing after a few years off. right now i have 5 gal of apfelwein in the secondary and i just racked 5 gal of cyser to the secondary. tomorrow i'm going to brew an extract Kolsch! thank you guys and gals for all the info i'm looking forward to learning a lot more.

One of my good friends lived right off 414 about 10 min from Burdett. Spent a fair amount of time there and at Roosterfish - good food and beer.

That is a seriously long commute, and I would say that there isn't much in Burdett to keep you there.
