Roommate and I are going to attempt some beer making -- everything set to arrive this weekend. Starting with some extract kits to get the feel of it, and then hopefully moving on to some real science.

Let me also take the time to show off my car

Budlight on the left for the masses

Took some work for that feat -- had learn the art of keg cleaning/sterilization and sanke-to-sanke transfer to get the DFH into a pony keg.

It's an annual event... Next year home brew on both sides -- I was honestly wondering how to one up myself next year. This shall do.

And be easy -- the bud light was so I didn't have to waste the dogfish on the BMC crowd.

First attempt is tomorrow morning. Roommate and I are doing at least the Petite Saison d'Ete kit and possibly the Chinook IPA.
