hi to all of you,
i've already asked a couple of questions on here before i realised i hadn't introduced myself.
i've been brewing with canned extracts for a while and recently did my first partial mash,an irish red ale, which is still in the fermenter and i'm planning on trying a pilsner next week (at least i will if i empty the fermenter before then) as its winter here in nz and hopefully i can keep it cold.
i'm working my way towards all grain and moving into the garage with my own 3 keg set up, i have the kegs but at the moment thats all they are!
i'm sure i'll have many questions as the more i read the more questions i have!
