Hi I am a relative Noob, but a well read noob if nothing else! I enjoy making golden elixer from store bought apple juice. People say it's better if you let it sit for six months or more but I have a hard time making it last more than 3 weeks! Cheers all, and may the apples be ripe where the lord chosses to send me when I'm gone!

You did not mention where in NB you are. If you are around Saint John, look up Fundy Area Brewers on facebook. There is another club in Fredericton, called NB Craft Brewers.

Oh yeah, up north in Edmundston! There are other brewers here but not sure about a club!
