If you ever decide to use blueberries as an ingredient, I get mine from a really nice guy out there in Holland. Good prices and quality so far is awesome! I’ve juiced 2 gallons out of 30lbs. My press isn’t very efficient though. Kept the pressings for secondary. Makes an awesome cider. Been pondering a crazy recipe like a chocolate blueberry stout.

But living out there you probably already have a source for blueberries....
 
We lived in Dearborn Heights for a while, as well as Plymouth and Canton before that. Lots of good breweries have been started in the area in recent years!
Yes!..I believe MI is #5 in the US in microbreweries/brewpubs...great time to be a craft beer lover
