My name is Kevin and I'm from Louisville KY. I started with a Mr Beer kit a few years ago and made the move to all grain last summer. I just recently started adjusting water PH and controlling the fermentation temperature. Just doing those two processes have greatly improved my brews. There is lots of great advice on this forum.
