Thank you for the opportunity to join "Homebrewtalk".
I have been brewing for over 40 years, always "Extract" never been tempted to "Full Mash" (even though my old friend and work colleague, Clive La Pensee tried hard to convert me!!) and always bottling in 40 pint (32ltrs) batches, except for my Barley Wine which I produce 1 gallon at a time!! Favourites are the strong, old, darker ales, but I have and do still make a variety of types and strengths for family and friends!! Never had success with lagers so use kits for those!!
