My daughter got me a 1 gallon kit for Christmas, which I brewed over the holidays. Quickly realized that 5 gallons is much better use of my time and I've become obsessed. I'll bottle my 4th 5 gallon batch tomorrow - Yooper's DFH 60 clone.

This forum has been a tremendous wealth of info. Hopefully I can add something back as I learn.
