Thank you! Its bitter right now.. Don't have experience but will that correct itself with age?

Is should...cider takes a while to age out.

Also a great resource here in Jacksonville is CASK, most of the guys, and ladies in the club have been brewing for some time.

Cowford Ale Sharing Klub (CASK)...it's the local homebrew club. We have monthly meetings, typically at the local breweries.
