Hello from Italy!

Hi guys,
i'm Adriano from Rome, long time reader, signed up for being more active, hope my (rusty) english is ok .

relatively new brewer, just 8 batches on the belt.
After 3 Kits brewed, i've built my own Eletric Biab setup with a single 100litre/26 gallon kettle, 2x 2,1kw elements and pwm control panel (very basic), done 5 10-12 gallon batches and all going great, made a couple of very nice beers!

Hope to learn more about this wonderful world and help if i can!

Welcome.
Is home brewing beer popular in Italy?
Are commercial beer styles varied and good?

home brewing is growing strong in the last years, commercial beers are quite varied, some good some not.
Microbreweries really shines here, there are a lot of little realities that produce really good craft beers.

Forget the wine. Good beer and good food, wish I could afford a visit.
