Hello all! I've been brewing extract/mini-mash kits since 2013 and am going to try all-grain brewing in the near future. I'm the only beer drinker in the house so looking at brewing 2.5 and 1 gallon batches instead of the usual 5 gallon jobs. Also into fermenting sauerkraut, kimchi, and other edibles.
 
Then you'll fit right in around here! We have a one gallon forum, a Mr Beer forum & lots of foodie stuff for your enjoyment. We like it all around here...:tank:
 
what part of IN? i'm by ND :) i also do mostly 1 gallon, sometimes 2 or 3. i like the variety since i'm mostly the only drinker as well :)
