New to brewing here. In fact I have never tried before but am really excited about turning my local flora into beverages. Should be picking up my kit soon and starting my first batch shortly thereafter.

Welcome. How's things in the Golden Triangle?
I've only been through Guelph once, 1991 Elmyra Maple Syrup festival. It was awesome, all the pancakes you could eat for $3.00.
