I'm been reading the posts and researching wine-making for a while now. Just started my first batch from a kit.

We have a lot of blackberries on our farm this year--so I plan to start a blackberry wine. I may mix with something store bought--depending on the number of blackberries we manage to pick.

I'm looking forward to participating in the forum--there's a lot of good stuff here!
