Hello from Charlotte...

Hello, my name is Joel, and I'm actually living in Matthews NC (little town on the edge of Charlotte).

I've been brewing since 2005ish, but up until 2013 it was just 3-4 extract batches per year. In 2013 I've brewed 9 batches, and will be squeezing one more in before the end of the year!
#9 was my first all grain batch (last weekend), hopefully she turns out alright...
