Hi all.
I live in central Indiana.
I have been making Wine off and on for the past 9ish years. All the wine I have made so far has been from kits or from concentrates.
I recently made a Green Apple Riesling from a kit, it seems that the family all like the Apple. I have been looking at the apple wine and the Hard cider recipes. I will be starting one of those this week.
I also found a site for "Skeeter Pee" and will be starting that by the end of the month.
I am an avid fisherman (Walleye primarily) and have gotten the wife hooked on fishing too.
I do woodworking, stained glass, cast and paint my own jigs for fishing, I built the rods that the wife and I use for fishing. I started building fishing rods in the early 70's.
