Hello from Central Cali!!!

Hi All... Bit about me. Been brewing for just over a year now, but have been making wine for nearly 10... Think Ive got the extract thing pretty much down. Time to move on up to the full grain stuff soon. And need to be making bigger batches.. this 5 gal thing is killing me. Especially when I have a bunch of friends who like to "help" me with it!!

Any hooo.. will be hanging around here more often, so any advice or comments.. I'd love to hear them.
