Hi folks,

I'm a novice brewer trying to learn more things. So far I've done basic meads and a rose petal based herbal wine. I'm doing some research to try some new recipes and came across this forum.

Another easily fermented beverage is cider. Also easier on the wallet.

Meads are great, perhaps you want to get into real grape wines? Or honey/grape mixtures?
Maybe honey/apple juice (Cyser) ?

I'd be down to try my hand at any of those. I'm making an herbal mead, but I have 2 carboys, so I can certainly make something else at the same time.
