Hi all, another Western New Yorker and with the same name, another Scott here so I will dub myself Scott M. I just recently got started with a Mr. Beer kit. I wanted something very simple that had a lot of good reviews. I was contemplating on getting a kit for about a month or so and finally broke down and did it.
Right now I have my first batch in the Fermentation stage. I am just going the bare minimum with time frames on my first batch to see how it comes out. If it comes out good here or acceptable for a first run then I will def. go longer in the stages next time.
Will post back with results soon, it will be goin to bottle this Saturday.
Cant wait to get this simple kit stuff down cause I am really interested in goin 100% grain.
