I just started brewing two weeks ago. First beer was Brewers Best Holiday Ale. It smelled amazing and I can hardly wait.

I'll never forgive them and everyone else for not telling me to take the brewpot off the burner when adding the malt extract. The black rings on the bottom of my Stainless Steel pot are stubborn as hell. I want to make my vanilla porter but I've been delayed almost a week now.
