I am pretty new to brewing but I think I may soon become an addict. I'm a biology PhD student so I'm def into understanding the science of what's going on. I've made some cider which apparently had a bit too much spice resulting in a bit of an off taste but over all it was pretty good not to mention exciting to have some nice hard cider that costs less than 50 cents a bottle.
Right now I have some more (un-spiced) cider brewing and some blackberry wine. I have plans to make some Welch's wine once my cider's bottled. I've learned a lot reading the forums here so decided to register. So, uh, Hi everyone!
