I just started brewing a couple months ago and have fallen in love.

This site has been a wealth of information and awesome projects.
The DIY section has been truly inspiriting. You guys have constructed some amazing things.

The threads on here have helped me easily migrate from basic extract to all grain as well as move into kegging and building a fermentation chamber.

Have you tried any malts from Colorado Malting Company?
They sell their stuff at Brew at Home and Brew Hut.

I haven't tried the CMC malt yet. I am brewing another couple batches next week, so I will pick some up.
