Greetings. I just joined (duh) and so far I'm impressed. I've been brewing g beer and making mead since 2007 so not really a newbie to all this but I just spent several hours reading today and learned enough I'm kinda feeling g like one. I took about a 4 year break from brewing (had a recovering alcoholic in the house, seemed insensitive) and just got back to it. I lean more toward mead at this point and I'm looking forward to having home brew around again. I started with a basic mead a couple of weeks ago and I recieved my shipment of elderberries in the mail today for the elderberry mead I'm going to make this weekend.
