Noon here wanted to say thanks for all the info. Made my first beer on 6-11-11, and it seems to be going very well. I used a brewers best English brown ale kit and followed the instructions in the kit, and adjusting a few things from pointers i've gotten here and by reading John Palmer and Charlie papazian's books. Yesterday, I removed the Blowoff tube and attached the airlock (cleaned and sanitized) because it seemed like fermentation had slowed. I'll wait until after two weeks has passed and then prime and bottle. I only have Internet access through my iPod when I'm near wifi, so I probably won't be able to post quick responses. Thanks again for the help with my first brew.
