Hello everyone.
I came to introduce myself: My name is Ariel, I live in Brazil (to be specific, i live in Rio Grande do Sul, southmost state in the country). I brew for less than a year but got very excited bout it. I brewed 3 recepies so far and I've my 4th in the secondary right now. My main goals here is to learn, unfortunatelly the Brazilian Brewing culture is very recent and we have a lot to learn, that's why I came here. I want to see what the people from different parts of the world thinks about brewing processes and increase my knowledge on this craft.
If anyone needs help in anything I know (which aren't many things), I'm here to help as well
