I recently sent my bavarian hefeweizen to a homebrew competition. Do judges typically rouse the yeast at the bottom of the bottle before pouring in their glass?

At the one competition I assisted with, the judges did not rouse the yeast when judging hefes. There was even one brewer who requested their beer be roused in the comments section of their entry, but the judges elected not to rouse any of the beers, so that all entries were treated in the same manner. I believe each competition, or even the judges within a competition, may elect to handle this differently.
