Hi everyone! I Brewer a beer this winter( February) and kegged it a few weeks later. After a few weeks with the beer in the leg I noticed the CO2 tank was empty and the beer seemed pretty flat. I suspected a leak in my leg seal. Anyways, I unhooked the tap line from my leg and the beer has just been sitting in the keg since. If I got fresh CO2 and fixed the leak and carved the beer again would it still be good? Or has the length of time spoiled it? Any advice would be great!!

Use keg lube and always triple check that lid o-ring. Put 10 psi on the keg and open the bail. You should be able to push the lid down 1/4" on the bottom side along the edge while maintaining pressure. Repeat for the top side. There should be no gas escaping. Reclamp the bail.
