I dont have a cold enough place to do a Lager so can i do an Ale thats close?any recipes? Thoughts? I cant be the only person who likes Sam's .Im fermenting in a closet at about 68 degrees now.

I am a big sam fan and i found a recipie in a book called clone brews they have a clone of the boston lagar it taste close to the real thing would be even closer with the right yeast and cold ferment.:mug:

You can look on here, or elsewhere and find a clone (like the one mentioned above even) and rather than a lager yeast use a neutral ale yeast such as nottingham, us-o5 or West coast ale yeast, or pacman even and ferment it as cool as you can, and you'll get close.
