Well, I'm drinking my last bottle of this beer and scrounging around the intergoogles for a recipe. It doesn't seem like anybody has tried to clone it. Or at least, nobody has cloned it and decided to share their attempt with the rest of us.
Maybe I'll just give it a go and keep the recipe to myself.

I did find this link. The last comment compares it to Best Brown, which makes sense. Maybe I'll look up a clone for Best Brown and see what might be missing and amp it up to the Imperial level of Jupiter.
