Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends and fellow brewers at HBT! If nothing else, we should all be thankful we have beer. :mug:

Indeed, a Happy Thanksgiving to one and all! Later this morning, I will begin deep-frying THREE turkeys, because we LOVE leftovers! One bird will go back home with #2 daughter for her fiance and family. Hope your feast is bountiful!

"All your home brew are belong to us!"

I'm reminded of a time when my older son was in grade school. One Thanksgiving time, they had to write a story of how to prepare a turkey. I lmao'd when I read one that went something like; First you have to go hunt the turkey. Gobble gobble, gobble BANG! Then you rip off the feathers & cook it in the oven,...! Freakin hilarious! A whole group of us were in the hallway reading it,laughing together. This kid might be a redneck.
Happy turkey day!:tank:

I'm thankful for all of the great advice I've received from HBT!

Happy Thanksgiving! Remember to have a homebrew with the turkey!

The turkey fryer has been scrubbed, dried and put away for another year. The turkey was DELICIOUS, as were all the "trimmings." And a Deception Cream Stout went quite well with the pies! Today's dinner: Thanksgiving Shepherd's Pie. Maybe a Porter with it?
