2023 Marching Band Champions

I’ve been a bit of a stranger lately. This time of year I’m busy with my job as the band director at North High School in Torrance, CA. My marching band made it to WBA Championships over last weekend in Sacramento, CA. We ended up taking first place in division 2A as well as High Music and High Effect. In a bet with the band, if we won I’d shave my head. I have a short haircut now! Now that marching season is over I’ll be around a little more. Time for a beer. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
