God they taste great. Brewed them both myself.

I just picked the habit up again after 5 years off. I am so glad to be back and damn I have made two good beers.

Unfortunately the porter is almost gone. But I have another beer to bottle this weekend.

Think I'll try my hand at a 3 gallon SMaSH Pale Ale this weekend.

Great hobby and great community.

Your porter is almost gone and you're going to do a 3 gallon batch? Why not 5 gallon?

Because I'm not set up for a full boil on a five gallon batch and I am going to do this all grain (which is virgin territory for me).

RM-MN Is that you ET?
