Been lurking and reading the Forum for a few years. I have brew (Extract with specialty grains) of an on for the last 10 years or so, but of late I have rekindled my passion for brewing. I am a beer geek!!! I have passed the first level of the Cicerone exam and I plan to work my way up to Master one day!
I have my kegging system and I have not bottled in quite awhile. I am in the process of moving to All Grain brewing. The information I have learned here on this forum has been Great!!
I hope to continue to share my experience with the Guys & Gals here. I have become a premium member.
