well I am trying to use up my grains and hops.
so into the mix I have 1lb crystal 10l
10lb 2 row
2oz of cascade
and a pack of s-33
any suggestions?
I can up the 2 row as I have plenty

A standard pale ale style or even a SMaSH.

Go for it!

That is almost identical to a pale that has become one of my standard brews. Sometimes I throw a bit of high alpha in at the start and use the cascade toward the end and then in secondary. Either way, should turn out good.

With that yeast, according to one recipe calculator you can add 1 lb of 2 row and you'll have a belgian blonde ale. Not sure if cascades fit that profile or not, but I second the above - it should be good!:mug:
