Hey guys! I'm a new brewer from Spokane, WA (Hereafter referred to as the SPK).

I just got my first batch bottled on Thursday, and I am very excited to take my first carbonated taste in about three weeks. Thanks for all of the veterans who post tons of great information! I've been lurking for a few weeks now and have learned way more than I ever did reading through my books.

Thanks again, and hopefully someday I'll have something smart to contribute too!
