Hi everyone. I've been lurking here for a while and reading furiously - great stuff here!

I've got my first batch (a simple Amber Ale) in secondary right now and will be bottling in about a week or so. I've learned a lot from reading the threads and because of what I've read I'll be starting my second batch as soon as I bottle my first so I can get the "pipeline" going.

I did a couple minor screw-ups on my first batch but I plan on following the RDWHAHB philosophy
