Hello All!
After a Christmas marathon of Beer Wars/Brewmasters and a long conversation with an uncle from the UK who went from homebrewing to bread making I finally decided to get off my ass, take the plunge and pick up a kit to start brewing.
Been quite fun so far, lurking the forums, learning a bunch of little details, and brewing my first and second batches of beer.
Got a EPA about 3 days away from bottling and an Amber about a week away from bottling, cant wait!
Thinking for my 3rd I wanna try a Chocolate/Coffee/Milk Stout. mmmm
