Good day all.

I am located south of the Ottawa region and stumbled across this forum a few weeks back while searching for a giant brew pot.

I used to brew extract/ specialty batches several years ago but I had stopped for various silly reasons. I was on the brink of going all grain at the time. Well I am now right back into it and after two quick extract batches to get my feet wet again I am ready to continue.

I am patiently waiting for my mill to be delivered and have decided on Neal's Kolsch for my first attempt at an all grain.

You have all been a wealth of information and guidance for me so I would like to thank you all.

Wish me luck,
Hemsworth.

I ordered the barley Crusher right from their site. I only put the order through on the 17th so I don't expect it anytime soon.

Are those photos on your profile of your hop garden? It looks beautiful! I hope to get my hands on some rhizomes this spring. I have about 1.5 acres of grass with total sun exposure from sunrise to sunset to work with!

I buy some stuff at Defalco's but there isn't much choice in Ottawa. There is guy up in Dunrobin...he hasn't done anything with his site in a long time but give him a call. http://www.skinaneybrewing.com/

Besides that I will drive to the east end of Montreal and hit up Mout International. Good prices on bulk supplies and a far better selection than anything around here. They actually supply the micro breweries around here.

I am actually south of Ottawa...near Chesterville/ Winchester.
