I've been reading through several posts on this site for a month or so now, picking up some hints as I am new to hobby. I now have two successful batches under my belt (extract kits), and just brewed up Cheese Food's seemingly famous Camamel Cream Ale last night (its raging away as I write!). Thought I would introduce myself to the crowd. Thanks for the help so far, and hope to be more involved with the site moving forward. Cheers!
