New to brewing.
After visiting Europe several times now, I come home to the commercial beers in Australia, and they are OK, but just not the same as those delicious Hefewiezens in Germany or some of the Kriek or Rouge beers in Belgium.
Got to try and recreate those heavenly drops. I am the type of bloke who will do a heap of research, get what should be the right tools and raw materials, and then hit it till I master it. Cheese, Sourdough, Bacon all have excellent results. About 12 months away from planting5 acres of hops of various types, and then sell them commercially to a micro brewery up the road and other home brewers.
I apologise straight up for any stupid questions.
Cheers
