greeting from North Texas

I have been home brewing for about a year. It has almost turned into an addiction. My wife has me brewing in the garage. The house is off limits to anything that can boil over. Our back bathroom/fermenting room has 20 gal beer either in primary or secondary. This has become a enjoyable hobby and I get to drink good beer. Thanks to all who post. It has helped me continue to learn about brewing and make better beer.
