I have been brewing for almost 4 years, Started after I got back from a year in Afghanistan ordered a brewing setup and it was waiting for me when I got home from Midwest. just never joined any forums over the past years. I currently have a new pumpkin stout fermenting away in my primary, smells great. I am about to bottle a clone of Woodstock Inn Pigs Ear Brown Ale I came up with last year. hope to learn some new things from everyone here.
