Hello all!
My sister got me a Craft A Brew Make your own Hard Cider kit for Christmas and last week I started my first batch of hard cider. I'm completely new to home brewing and 'm reading around trying to learn terminology and get tips while eagerly watching my first batch of cider ferment.
A friend of mine introduced me to canned strongbow hard cider 6ish years ago and ever since, I've been quite a fan of hard cider.
My all time favorite is Bold Rock's Virginia Draft and my goal is to try to recreate something somewhat in that style.
