Green cider

so ive made a cider that with a little too much malic acid and the golden apperiance wouldnt hint at a drink so tart, I would like to add a little green food coloring to the next batch that was made the same way, just not in the keg yet.

any suggestions as to how much green food coloring would work for a 5 gal batch. Im thinking it should be a little lighter then the green beer sold during St. Patty's day.

Just start adding coloring. When it's green enough...stop.

Yep, a few drops of green or blue food coloring will work just fine.
